Christmas is quickly approaching and I’ve been as busy as Santa’s elves! Most of the gifts I’m giving this year are handmade, and I always make my own Christmas cards. I’ll show off everything I’ve made after Christmas, once the recipients have opened their presents, but for now, here’s just some of what I’ve been up to:
I recently interviewed The Blissful Chef Christy Morgan for Chic Vegan and the interview is now online. (Look for an interview with Terry Hope Romero next week!)
My article on how to host an awesome vegan cocktail party is featured in the Winter edition of Chickpea Magazine. It can be found on page 62 of the online preview.

Just another reminder that my cooking class are discounted for the month of December and gift certificates are available. Cooking classes make a great gift! All classes take place in Northern NJ – in my kitchen or yours. All of my health coaching packages are also being discounted for the month of December. I will be offering new and improved programs in January, but why not start now and get a jump start on your new year’s resolutions? Health coaching sessions take place in person in my Northern NJ home office or over the phone from the comfort of your living room.
