It’s Wednesday once again! For this week’s What I Ate Wednesday post I’m going to show off all of the food at a vegan green brunch potluck I hosted on Sunday for Saint Patrick’s Day with my Montclair Vegans MeetUp group.  A lot people attended, and all of the food was amazingly delicious. I really love seeing the creative dishes people bring to these events and I’m already looking forward to my next one!
