I don’t really make a big deal of out of Valentine’s Day, but as I’ll take any excuse to eat chocolate, I do celebrate it. Chocolate (the vegan variety, of course) is my favorite food on the planet – there’s really nothing else quite like it. It’s rich, creamy, decadent, and delicious. It’s full of healthful properties, too.
I can never decide when it comes to picking a vegan dessert though. Do I want a slice of pie? A truffle or two? I piece of cheesecake? There can be too many choices!
