I recently polled my Facebook friends to find out what people traditionally eat for Easter brunch. I was genuinely unsure, as my family always either went out to eat or we went to someone’s house and ate the same types of foods we had on Christmas and Thanksgiving.
These days, I celebrate with a springtime potluck. It turns out that most families don’t really have Easter-specific recipes either. A lot of people said that they eat the same types of meals on Easter as they do on other holidays, while others said they eat the same types of meals as they do on any other day. A lot of people responded with breakfasty-brunchy types of dishes, and quite a few people said they eat lots of chocolate. (Any holiday that includes lots of chocolate is my kind of holiday!)
Today, I’ve put together a little roundup of vegan Easter brunch recipes, and I’m including recipes from some of my blogger friends.
