But really the question should be “what don’t vegans grill?” I’ve been known to barbecue everything from tacos to strawberries. Since Independence Day is a holiday that’s usually celebrated with backyard cookouts, I’ve put together a menu of vegan 4th of July recipes of some of my favorite grilled vegan meals.
