Can you believe Labor Day is just a few days away? It’s the unofficial end of summer, and I’m actually kind of happy about it. I know that most people love summer, but I don’t do too well in the heat, so I prefer the cool, crisp autumn days instead.
To mark the end of the season, many people gather to enjoy one last cookout. Hamburgers are traditionally served at barbecues, but that doesn’t mean vegans can’t celebrate, too. Fortunately, there are endless ways to make a veggie burger, and some of my blogger friends have come up with very creative recipes. To help you celebrate Labor Day the cruelty-free way, I’ve put together a compilation of 20 of my favorite veggie burger recipes. These burgers are so flavorful, they may even convert hard-core carnivores.
