Valentine’s Day
I don’t really make a big deal of out of Valentine’s Day, but as I’ll take any excuse to eat chocolate, I do celebrate it. Chocolate (the vegan variety, of course) is my favorite food on the planet. There’s really nothing else quite like it. It’s rich, creamy, decadent, and delicious. And it’s full of healthful properties, too.
I can never decide when it comes to picking a vegan dessert though. Do I want a slice of pie? A truffle or two? How about a piece of cheesecake? There can be too many choices! To help me get ready for Valentine’s Day, I asked some of my blogging friends what their favorite vegan chocolate dessert recipes are. Here are some of their favorites.
