Vegan Chocolate Hummus

Treat yourself to vegan Chocolate Hummus! Use this dessert hummus as a dip for fresh berries, dried fruit, pretzels, or anything else you can think of. This recipe makes about 2 cups of hummus. A serving size is 2 tablespoons.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15- ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons nondairy milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in food processor until smooth and creamy. If the mixture seems too thick, add more nondairy milk, a tablespoon at a time.
  • Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
