Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Roasted Cabbage Steaks are really easy to make, and they make a delicious addition to any dinner. Serve them as a main course or side dish. They’re terrific for St. Patrick’s Day! This easy baked recipe is vegan and gluten-free.

- 1 large head of green cabbage
- 2 teaspoons neutral-flavored oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup Roasted Garlic Cream
- ½ cup Tempeh Bacon cooked and coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup flat leave parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400° and a line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
Slice the cabbage into ½-inch thick slices and place them on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer.
Brush each side of the cabbage with oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
Baking for 40 minutes, carefully flipping each slice at the halfway point.
Serve the cabbage steaks hot, drizzled with Roasted Garlic Cream and sprinkled with chopped Tempeh Bacon and parsley.
