Sesame Ginger Miso Dressing

Made with creamy tahini, mellow white miso, carrots, and ginger, this Ginger Miso Dressing is the perfect complement to Asian-inspired dishes such as salad and sushi!
This recipe makes about a cup of dressing. A serving is 2 tablespoons

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons mellow white miso
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 medium carrot coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 1 1-inch piece ginger peeled and coarsely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. It it seems too thick, add a little more water, a teaspoon at a time. Keep in mind that it will thicken in the refrigerator.
