A serving size is two tablespoons.
1cupraw cashewssoaked for 2 hours, drained and rinsed
6medjool datespits removed, soaked for 15 minutes, drained and rinsed
½cupwaterplus more, if needed
1tablespoonvanilla extract
½teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more water, a tablespoon at a time. Keep in mind that the cashew cream will thicken in the refrigerator.
