- 1½ cups almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
- 3 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 2 cups mixed berries
Mix together the almond milk, chia seeds, rolled oats, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cacao nibs, and slivered almonds in a large jar or bowl with a lid.
Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours (or overnight), and mix in the berries when you're ready to eat.
