Ingredients
  

  • cups almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 2 cups mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the almond milk, chia seeds, rolled oats, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cacao nibs, and slivered almonds in a large jar or bowl with a lid.
  • Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours (or overnight), and mix in the berries when you're ready to eat.
