Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 2 cups carrots diced (about 4 medium-size carrots)
  • 1½ to 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes (3 or 4 cubes)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Chopped walnuts and shredded coconut for topping, optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender, starting with 1 ½ cup of non-dairy milk. Add the remaining ½ non-dairy milk if necessary.
