Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal is a healthy morning favorite that's full of peanut butter, bananas and chocolate chips. If you think you don't have time to make breakfast, think again – this dish comes together in a jiffy!

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 banana sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy chocolate chips
Place the non-dairy milk and rolled oats a medium pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat to medium low. Add the sliced banana and cinnamon, and continue to cooking for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the oatmeal thickens. Once it does, stir in the peanut butter.
Divide the oatmeal between two bowls and garnish with the chocolate chips and peanuts.
