Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal is a healthy morning favorite that's full of peanut butter, bananas and chocolate chips. If you think you don't have time to make breakfast, think again – this dish comes together in a jiffy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place the non-dairy milk and rolled oats a medium pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat to medium low. Add the sliced banana and cinnamon, and continue to cooking for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the oatmeal thickens. Once it does, stir in the peanut butter.
  • Divide the oatmeal between two bowls and garnish with the chocolate chips and peanuts.
