Four months ago, a friend referred me to Dianne Wenz, Vegan Heath and Lifestyle Coach, to help me with transitioning to a plant-based diet. I quickly learned that it was not a diet at all. I could eat as much as I wanted, as long as half the food on my plate was vegetables. Here are some of the benefits of my dietary lifestyle change: increased energy; reduction in medication for a few ailments such as arthritis, cholesterol, high blood pressure; weight loss (24 lbs. in 4 months) and increased energy.
