Health Coaching is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I will work with you to help you create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and discipline.
I will work with you to create a program that is customized to your needs. While working with me, I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will support you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
Vegan Health Coach
I specialize in vegan living. My clients learn how to transition to a plant-based diet in a healthful way, so that they feel vibrant and energetic. They also learn how to make food choices that will have long-term effects on their health and well-being.
I also work with vegans who want to reclaim their health, lose weight, and increase their energy. My clients learn how to create healthy habits, incorporate healthful foods into their meals, practice self care, and manage stress, so that they can thrive, feel great in their bodies, and enjoy life.

Total Transformation Wellness Program
This is a life changing program that integrates plant-based eating and self care to ensure that body, mind are spirit are all nourished. In this program you will set and accomplish goals, explore new foods, understand and reduce your cravings, increase your energy, feel better in your body, learn to reduce stress, improve personal relationships and more.
- Twelve 50-Minute Sessions
- Sessions take place every two weeks, for a total of twelve sessions
- Session take place either over Zoom
- The sessions are customized to suit your goals
- Program includes: notes emailed after each session, email support between each session, handouts and food or personal care samples
Fast Track Wellness Program
This program covers healthy plant-based food and vegan living. In this program you discover which foods are right for you, understand and reduce your cravings, increase your energy and feel better in your body.
- Six 50-Minute Sessions
