    Soup season is here! These vegan soups and stews will keep you warm and cozy on chilly days. Here you'll find easy recipes for creamy soups, hearty stews, and even flavorful curry. Vegan soup for the win! Most of these recipes are gluten-free, too.

    I'm going to come right out and admit that I'm not as crazy for soups as some of my friends. On Seinfeld, I sided with Bania when he argued with Jerry that soup isn't meal. I usually skip the soup section in new cookbooks, and I often don't even bother with the soup selection on menus.

    I do love the idea flannel jammies, warm socks, and a cozy bowl of hot soup on cold evenings, though. For some reason, this year I found myself excited to revisit some of my best-loved soup recipes as soon as the temperature dipped below 70°. My favorites are rich and creamy, as you'll see from this collection from my blog. I also love curries and hearty stews full of beans and greens. These vegan soups and stews will keep you warm and cozy on chilly autumn (and winter) days.
